To enable us to achieve this we have a number of systems that we have developed and evolved over time which assist us to deliver quality solutions.

ISO 9001

The business processes of AES Group have met the standards and requirements of ISO 9001:2008 certification. This certification includes the design, development, supply and support of software products and AES Group have been ISO 9000/9001 certified since 1997. Our full ISO 9000/9001 accreditation history is as follows:

ISO 14001

AES Group is certified to the ISO 14001 Environmental Management Accreditation standard which demonstrates our ability to take into account the environmental impact of our operations whilst maintaining and delivering exceptional services. This framework has enabled us to meet our environmental responsibilities as well as legal and regulatory requirements.




Management Systems

AES Group operates a number of systems to track quality within the organisation. These include:

  • AES Group Business Management System (BMS) - process management across the group.
  • Customer Relations Management (CRM) - tracks issues and departmental activity.
  • Environmental Management System (EMS) - process management to reduce AES Group impact on the environment.
  • Key performance indicator tracker (KPI) - amalgamates data from our other systems to present management views for decision making.
